Electric cycling and exploring unexplored areas at a hidden spot just over an hour west of Shinjuku! A local guide will take you on a special route through the scenery of nature and Satoyama, which is hard to believe that you are in Tokyo. With the help of an electric assist, you can easily climb the slope, encounter a huge tree, greet the fish swimming in the clear stream, throw stones in the river, take a break on the wooden deck overlooking the valley, and buy some local sweets. This is a fulfilling tour where you can enjoy the beauty of the valley, nature, and hidden spots that you won't believe are in Tokyo, as if they were attractions. For lunch, you can enjoy a special Cuban sandwich lunch box while relaxing on an outdoor chair in the valley (canyon chairing experience) (both the chairing and lunch box are included in the price). Enjoy the luxury of sitting by the water, listening to the sound of the water, and doing nothing. The highlight of the afternoon tour is a river trekking experience where you wear waterproof clothing to keep your feet dry and walk through a secret valley stream to feel like an explorer and visit a hidden waterfall in Tokyo! Participants must be 135cm tall or above, and can be enjoyed by friends or family. After river trekking, we will run along the river and return to the back mountain base, and the tour will end... Just smell eight different scents and arrange them in the order you like, and enjoy an analysis of your current stress level, constitution, personality tendencies, and risk of illness. Scents directly appeal to your instincts and honestly reflect who you are now. The data obtained is visualized in an [IM graph], and advice on diet, exercise, sleep, etc. is also available. After the experience, select the essential oil that matches the analysis results and create a roll-on aroma (10ml) blended at medical concentration. Start your own care with the scent! This item is very practical. After finishing to make, you can use it as handkerchief, lunch mat, wrapping something like sandwich, flower base mat etc.The size is approx. 33cm×33cm.Although you cannot finish the stitching during the experience, you will get knowledge and skill how to complete it by yourself. Therefore you can enjoy the stitching even at home.Step 1: Choose a Sashiko pattern and a thread color.I've provided you with many sort of Sashiko cloths which is printed on a fabric and thread colors. Please enjoy picking your favorite one out.Step 2: Preparation.I introduce how to treat for a fabric and a thread before doing stitch.Step 3: Do Sashiko stitching.After showing my demonstration to you, you will start stitching on the cloth you chosen.
